How do I order fabric by the meter?
Choose your fabric, select the colour and other options, then enter the number of meters you need. The total is calculated automatically (unit price × meters). Some fabrics have a minimum order, which is shown on the product page.
How much fabric do I need for curtains?
As a guide, measure the width of your window and multiply by 2 to 2.5 for a full, gathered look, then add about 30 cm to the height for hems. Send us your window measurements on WhatsApp and we will calculate it for you.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within a few working days after confirmation.
Can I return fabric that has been cut?
Fabric cut to your requested length can only be returned if it is damaged or defective. Uncut items can be returned within 7 days. See our Return Policy for details.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
We photograph our fabrics in natural light, but screens differ. If colour matching is important, message us on WhatsApp and we will send extra photos or videos.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number, or message us on WhatsApp.
